Responsabilités
- Ensure accountability for key quality activities related to CMO management, including deviation review, CAPA implementation and closure, and change control management.
- Support product batch release activities in compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve product market complaints, ensuring timely and appropriate quality oversight.
Exigences
- University degree in a scientific discipline such as Bioengineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Chemistry, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cGMP-regulated environment.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent influencing, communication, and networking skills, enabling effective collaboration within QA and IT matrix organizations as well as across other operational departments.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Knowledge of the SAP and Veeva environments.
