Program Manager - Quality Compliance & Business Support

Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a professional to lead the deployment of new business processes and support quality oversight activities. This role focuses on process optimization and change management while ensuring compliance within a global manufacturing network.

• Lead the deployment of new business processes across multiple international entities to ensure organizational alignment.
• Establish governance structures and frameworks to manage the impact of process changes.
• Map and optimize business processes using continuous improvement methodologies.
• Oversee quality activities for contract manufacturing organizations, including CAPA, deviation management, and change control.
• Support batch release activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and GMP standards.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure adherence to new processes and project timelines.
• Review and approve product market complaints to ensure high-quality oversight.

• You have a Master's degree or PhD in Bioengineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• You possess 5+ years of experience in a cGMP-regulated environment.
• You bring significant experience in Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• You have solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and GMP standards.
• You're a proactive professional with strong analytical, influencing, and technical writing skills.
• You are fluent in English.
