Agile Delivery Lead – Data & AI Transformation

Our client, a leading public service organization, is evolving its operational model within the data and technology domain. The project requires a specialized professional to guide newly formed teams in shaping their scope, responsibilities, and agile delivery processes.

• Lead teams through organizational change by establishing sustainable and effective agile ways of working.
• Support domain leads in structuring backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and organizing workstreams.
• Develop and implement delivery frameworks that balance operational structure with team flexibility.
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and alignment sessions to drive transparency and predictability.
• Co-create tailored methodologies that respect agile principles while meeting specific project needs.
• Improve team dynamics and delivery flow through hands-on facilitation and active problem-solving.

• You have 5+ years of experience in a delivery role such as Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach.
• You possess 5+ years of experience guiding teams through organizational change or transformations.
• You bring 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure or software development projects.
• You have 3+ years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master.
• You have experience structuring delivery through backlog management, flow, and prioritization.
• You possess hands-on experience facilitating workshops and alignment sessions.
• You're experienced in managing stakeholders across multiple teams.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level of proficiency.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working in data-driven environments focused on Data Engineering or Data Science.
• Professional certification as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Experience using agile tools such as Jira.
• Experience coaching Product Owners.
• Proven knowledge of team building and team dynamics.
