Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA & Customs

Our client, a leading organization in the automotive sector, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of a business administration and customs initiative. The role focuses on ensuring a successful transition from legacy systems to an integrated SAP S/4HANA landscape as part of a large-scale digital transformation program.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for business administration and customs workstreams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to validate scope and requirements.
• Monitor project budgets based on agreed cost baselines and work breakdown structures.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to migration timelines, system readiness, and business continuity.
• Oversee robust testing and validation processes to ensure quality and compliance.

• 5+ years of project management experience within large-scale ERP implementations, specifically SAP S/4HANA or SAP GTS.
• Proven knowledge of Customs processes and business administration workflows.
• Experience with Project Planning, Budgeting, and Resource Coordination in complex environments.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies, Hybrid environments, and Integration frameworks.
• You have the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivery.
• You’re able to make decisions under pressure and lead with a solution-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in English.
