Our client, a prominent player in the Belgian transportation and logistics sector, is looking for a technical specialist to support their customer relationship management ecosystem. This role involves translating complex functional requirements into robust technical solutions while overseeing architectural improvements and day-to-day application excellence.
Responsabilités
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the technical improvement and consolidation of the existing application platform.
- Perform custom development and enhancements within the core CRM environment and related applications.
- Diagnose and analyze system issues to design and implement effective technical solutions and bug fixes.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of new features, change requests, and system updates.
- Act as a technical point of contact for enterprise architects to ensure architectural alignment and system integrity.
Exigences
- 8+ years project experience in SAP CRM including BSP components workbench, BOL/GENIL, and upgrade transactions.
- 5+ years development experience with SAPUI5 and Fiori.
- Extensive experience in backend development using ABAP Workbench, ABAP OO, Workflow, IDOC, ALV Grid, and ABAP WebDynpro.
- Strong expertise in data integration and services including SAP CPI, Webservices, oData, SOAP, XML, JSON, and REST.
- Professional experience using ADT (Eclipse).
- You possess a strong analytical mindset to identify root causes and provide effective technical solutions.
- You're a proactive communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
- You bring a deep understanding of best practices for writing reusable code and maintaining system architecture.
- You are fluent in English with professional proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA.
- Knowledge of CRM-specific business processes.
- Experience in people management or coaching within multidisciplinary teams.
