Electrical Site Supervisor

Our client, a specialist in industrial automation, is seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee electrical works within manufacturing environments. The role involves coordinating on-site activities and leading a technical team to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

• Coordinating and supervising electrical work at industrial and manufacturing sites.
• Managing and coaching a team of technicians to ensure high-quality execution.
• Interpreting electrical diagrams and design plans for on-site implementation.
• Connecting control and power panels and commissioning low-voltage systems.
• Monitoring site progress and participating in technical meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

• You have a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in industrial electricity, automation, or electrical engineering.
• You have proven experience with site supervision and site coordination.
• You possess strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical installations.
• You’re a proactive leader with a coaching mindset and a hands-on approach.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

• Experience with VCA safety protocols.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications in specialized automation systems.
