Senior Functional Analyst – BPMN & Agile

Our client, a major public organization in the healthcare and social security sector, is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst. The role focuses on analyzing business processes and bridging the gap between stakeholder requirements and technical implementation through structured documentation and workshop facilitation.

• Organize and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to map current and future process states.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications, including use cases and user stories.
• Ensure the implemented technical solutions remain aligned with the documented business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply organizational standards and methodologies to produce high-quality project deliverables.
• Analyze the cross-functional impact of business decisions across various departments to ensure organizational consistency.

• 8+ years of experience in functional analysis and business process modeling.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Confirmed proficiency in BPMN, UML, Use Cases, and User Stories.
• Experience with software Testing and quality assurance.
• You possess strong conceptual skills to translate abstract reasoning into practical solutions.
• You have excellent communication and workshop facilitation abilities.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French with passive knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Storytelling techniques to present business concepts.
