Expert .Net Architect –Legal Systems

Our client, a prominent organization in the public sector, is looking for an Expert Solution Architect to drive the modernization of their legal case management platform. The project focuses on digitalizing administrative processes and improving the efficiency of public services through innovative software solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and direction for complex software projects by defining requirements and making key technical decisions.
• Develop technical architectures and designs while ensuring the implementation of industry best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to assess the technical feasibility of new features and solutions.
• Manage the technical backlog and prioritize tasks to align with project goals and timelines.
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks while proactively seeking solutions for complex challenges.
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of continuous learning and technical innovation.
• Oversee code quality through rigorous reviews and the continuous improvement of coding standards.

• You have 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on technical leadership and architectural design.
• You bring 8+ years of expertise in backend development with .NET Core.
• You possess deep knowledge of version control and CI/CD processes using Git and GitLab.
• You have experience managing technical backlogs and aligning priorities with project goals.
• You have proven skills in identifying and resolving complex technical bottlenecks.
• You bring a strong background in defining technical requirements and providing mentoring to development teams.
• You're experienced in architectural design and implementing high-quality standards through code reviews.
• You have knowledge of cloud infrastructure basics with Azure Fundamentals.
• You're a strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• You have active knowledge of English with active knowledge of Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with frontend development using Angular.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Certifications in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, C4, DDD, or Clean Architecture.
• Expertise in security standards and performance optimization for scalable solutions.
