Functional Analyst – Banking & Loan Management

Our client, a prominent organization in the financial sector, is looking for a professional to manage the functional design of their information systems. The role involves overseeing the analysis and design phases while supporting enhancements throughout the project lifecycle from development to production.

• Create the concept and manage the planning for preliminary analysis and design phases.
• Perform functional analysis of information systems and draw up functional designs following pre-studies.
• Support changes and enhancements from development through to production.
• Recommend and implement system enhancements to optimize performance.
• Develop new program requirements and specifications to support specific customer needs.
• Analyze service requests to determine feasibility, resource requirements, and project time estimates.
• Resolve problems with current systems and support system upgrades.

• You have 5+ years of experience in managing the functional design of information systems within the banking and insurance sectors.
• You possess experience with data integration and ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, SAS, and SQL.
• You bring expertise in reporting and visualization using Qlik Sense.
• You have experience with systems automation using Stonebranch Universal Automation Center (UAC) and Open Systems.
• You're familiar with Oracle DBA and Perl scripting.
• You possess knowledge of Testing and quality assurance and Software development lifecycle principles.
• You have experience working with Agile Methodologies and understand IT security principles.
• You bring an analytical mind with strong conceptual thinking and structured communication skills.
• You're a collaborative team player with a data-driven approach.
• You are fluent in English.
