Technical Product Portfolio Manager

Our client is a global biopharmaceutical leader looking for a specialist to provide a consolidated portfolio view of technical activities for a specific product. The role involves overseeing cross-project impacts and dependencies to ensure strategic alignment and risk mitigation throughout the development lifecycle.

• Consolidate all technical project activities for the assigned product to maintain a high-level portfolio overview.
• Monitor and analyze project milestones, timelines, risks, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Assess dependencies and cross-project impacts to proactively identify and manage risks.
• Act as a primary interface between project managers and technical experts across multiple domains.
• Utilize management and reporting tools such as Planisware and Integrate to structure information.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and follow-up documentation for transversal stakeholders.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing analytical insights into technical project health.

• You have 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical development with a focus on technical project environments.
• You bring a strong technical understanding of Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Analytical activities.
• You possess the ability to quickly synthesize complex technical information and assess its strategic impact.
• You have a structured and analytical mindset with a strong interest in portfolio management.
• You're an adaptable professional capable of challenging stakeholders constructively in a transversal environment.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Planisware, Integrate, or portfolio management within complex matrix organizations.
• Scientific background such as a PhD or an Engineering degree.
• Knowledge of French.
