IT Compliance Lead – Senior CSV

Our client, a global pharmaceutical organization, is looking for a senior professional to define and drive validation strategies. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance across systems, specifically within clinical and pharmacovigilance environments.

• Define validation strategies and compliance approaches for complex IT systems.
• Lead strategic discussions with stakeholders to drive decision-making processes.
• Supervise CSV activities and ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor compliance levels and define standardized IT processes.
• Support audits and inspections to ensure continuous operational readiness.
• Guide and coach team members to support their professional development.

• You bring 8+ years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) within the life sciences industry.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of GxP regulations, including GMP and GCP.
• You have a proven track record in defining and driving validation strategies at a strategic level.
• You're highly assertive with strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• You possess the ability to work fully autonomously and drive organizational change.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with clinical or pharmacovigilance systems such as Veeva or Argus.
• Familiarity with new technologies such as AI in a validation context.
• Previous experience supporting audits and inspections.
• Active knowledge of French.
