Project Validation Coordinator (VALCO)

Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences sector, is seeking a Project Validation Coordinator to lead and align validation efforts within complex project environments. This role focuses on defining validation strategies, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.

• Compose and consolidate the overall validation project plan and clarify the validation strategy to the project team and management.
• Monitor the predefined validation strategy continuously and provide status overviews regarding potential impacts on project timelines.
• Coach project engineers on validation practices and quality systems to ensure the high quality of all deliverables.
• Facilitate and document quality system risk assessment activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Bridge communication between engineering, quality projects, and system owners to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Maintain the general project schedule to track milestones and alert the team to potential execution conflicts or risks.

• You have 5+ years of experience in Validation including strategy development, risk assessment, and quality systems.
• You bring a strong background in project coordination, specifically in maintaining schedules and tracking project milestones.
• You possess deep knowledge of good validation practices and technical reporting within a regulated environment.
• You're an effective communicator capable of bridging technical gaps between various departments and stakeholders.
• You have experience coaching or guiding technical staff to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Nice to Haves

• Previous experience acting as a sub-team lead within a project charter.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications in Project Management or Quality Assurance.
