Technical Portfolio Manager

Our client is a global pharmaceutical organization looking for a professional to coordinate their technical project portfolio and strategic operations. This role focuses on optimizing resource allocation, managing project interdependencies, and maintaining financial oversight for complex technical programs.

• Support project managers in developing master plans and tracking resource allocation through specialized software.
• Monitor project milestones and budgets to ensure efficiency and provide regular performance reporting.
• Consolidate technical projects into a centralized portfolio to manage dependencies and track key performance indicators.
• Identify resource constraints and develop prioritization proposals for senior leadership endorsement.
• Coordinate budgeting efforts across multiple units to ensure financial alignment with project objectives.
• Enhance project management maturity and identify continuous improvement opportunities across the technical community.
• Manage stakeholder communication and facilitate timely issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

• You have 5+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• You bring experience with enterprise planning and resource management systems.
• You possess strong organizational skills with a proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset.
• You have robust knowledge of change management methodologies.
• You are fluent in English with a good knowledge of French.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of the Planisware PPM tool.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry involving CMC, product launches, and life cycle management.
• Professional certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Lean.
