Business & Technical Analyst – Clinical Development

Our client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a professional to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and digital technology teams. The role involves evaluating, selecting, and implementing innovative digital solutions within a clinical development and regulatory context.

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for digital solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to align business needs with technical possibilities.
• Perform technical assessments and fit-gap analyses of various vendor solutions.
• Support RFI and RFP processes including vendor evaluation and solution selection.
• Coordinate implementation activities across business, IT, and external vendor teams.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies within a governed environment.

• You have 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management and digital transformation initiatives.
• You possess experience working as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid functional role.
• You bring strong proficiency in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• You have the ability to perform technical assessments of digital solutions.
• You possess an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• You're a strong communicator capable of bridging the gap between business and technology.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Professional experience within the pharmaceutical sector or Clinical Development.
• Exposure to GxP-regulated environments.
• Experience with AI or GenAI-enabled solutions.
• Experience supporting RFI and RFP activities.
• Knowledge of system integrations, security, and compliance considerations.
