Innovation Specialist – HR Services & Business Strategy

Our client, a leading European HR services group, is looking for an Innovation Specialist to translate strategic ideas into tangible experiments and solutions. This role involves accelerating the innovation pipeline by facilitating pilots and validating new business models across the organization.

• Facilitate and guide experiments, proof-of-concepts, and pilots to validate new services or methodologies.
• Support the exploration and testing of new business and revenue models in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Manage partnerships with startups, technology partners, and knowledge institutions to drive collaborative pilots.
• Structure and monitor the innovation pipeline to provide insights for strategic decision-making on scaling initiatives.
• Organize workshops, labs, and inspiration sessions to foster a future-oriented innovation culture within the organization.
• Translate emerging trends and signals into concrete value propositions and strategic opportunities.

• 5+ years of experience in innovation management, including trend watching and experiment-driven validation.
• 5+ years of experience managing partnerships and ecosystems with external technology parties.
• You bring a strong background in innovation processes and translating abstract concepts into proof-of-concepts.
• You possess a pragmatic mindset with the ability to align stakeholders from business, design, and IT.
• You are proactive and solution-oriented with a structured approach to project management.
• You are native or bilingual in Dutch or French with professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Design Thinking, Service Design, or product development.
• Previous experience within Human Resources or corporate innovation environments.
