Pharma MSAT Quality Lead

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a professional to support a growing number of projects and upcoming product launches. The role focuses on managing complex technology transfer projects and ensuring supply chain sustainability through expert quality oversight and troubleshooting across manufacturing sites.

• Support technology transfers for drug substance, drug product, and packaging across process and analytical scopes.
• Act as second-line troubleshooting for complex or cross-site quality issues within the manufacturing network.
• Provide quality assurance expertise during complex investigations and the definition of CAPAs.
• Ensure quality oversight during process validation and continuous process verification (CPV).
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to maintain close follow-up on project timelines and deliverables.
• Support adjacent quality activities such as quality agreement preparation and vendor-related quality assurance tasks.

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance and operations.
• You possess technical expertise in quality assurance including CAPA, deviation management, and complex investigations.
• You bring experience in technology transfer involving process and analytical scopes within a QA context.
• You have knowledge of process validation and continuous process verification (CPV).
• You're able to work autonomously and engage in complex technical discussions within international, cross-functional environments.
• You are fluent in English.

• Experience in biologics or working within global multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of French.
