Senior .NET & Azure Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is seeking a senior professional to enhance their identity orchestration platform. The role involves maintaining existing backend components while driving the transition towards a modern, cloud-native architecture.

• Develop and maintain the backend of an in-house identity orchestration platform with a focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Transition existing components to a cloud-native target architecture using serverless and containerized solutions.
• Design and implement secure cloud modules including functions, container apps, and secret management tools.
• Support IAM-related developments such as user provisioning, API security, and token conversion.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to translate functional requirements into robust technical specifications.
• Manage technical incidents and vulnerability remediation for owned application components.

• 8+ years of experience in backend development using C# and .NET.
• Extensive experience in Azure cloud development including Azure Functions and Azure Container Apps.
• Strong expertise in SQL, T-SQL, and relational database design.
• Proven track record in designing and consuming REST APIs and JSON services.
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and source control using Git.
• Practical knowledge of secure cloud development practices and Azure Key Vault.
• Experience working in Agile environments with a strong DevOps culture.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in distributed, international teams.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with SCIM-based user provisioning.
• Knowledge of OIDC, OAuth, and modern authentication protocols.
• Familiarity with Keycloak, Open Policy Agent, or Identity Governance (IGA) concepts.
• Experience in secure customer or partner portal environments.
• Possession of AZ-900 or AZ-204 certifications.
