• You develop technical and commercial proposals for requests from contractors, construction promoters, and builders.
• You conduct a thorough analysis of project specifications and plans, ensuring optimized and technically sound quotes.
• You negotiate with partners and suppliers to secure the best pricing and solutions.
• You defend and discuss proposals with clients, seeking the best possible solutions.
• You assist in managing an efficient calculation agenda.
• You work results-oriented and contribute to monitoring profit margins.
• You maintain relationships with existing clients and actively prospect for new ones, building a stable and reliable network.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• You possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in pricing estimation.
• You are excellent at relationship management and negotiation.
• You demonstrate a results-driven attitude.
• You are skilled at working collaboratively within a team.
• You hold a relevant degree in a related field.
• You are proficient in Dutch and have a good command of English.
