Project Engineer Protection, Automation & Control (East/West Flanders)

Our client, a key player in the energy infrastructure landscape, is seeking a Project Engineer Protection, Automation & Controls to join their engineering team. This role focuses on the technical implementation and design quality of high-voltage projects within a multidisciplinary environment.

• Collaborate on electrical infrastructure projects within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Safeguard the coherence and quality of technical designs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct technical studies and define project scope from feasibility to closure.
• Guide the design team during the detailed study phase to ensure qualitative execution.
• Monitor the functionality of projects and proactively address potential operational impacts.
• Communicate progress and report on technical developments to project leadership.

• You have a Master’s degree in Engineering.
• You bring a strong interest or experience in electrical engineering and electrotechnics.
• You have knowledge of automation, protection, and control systems.
• You possess strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges.
• You are a communicative professional who thrives in a team-focused environment.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of French and English.
