Process Analyst – Digital Transformation & Energy Infrastructure

Our client, a leading organization in the European energy sector, is seeking a professional to drive their digital transformation through process optimization. The role involves harmonizing business activities and modeling future-proof processes to support sustainable energy infrastructure.

• Model business processes using BPMN 2.0 to guide the organization through digital change.
• Challenge business stakeholders on their requirements to define effective to-be process designs.
• Harmonize business processes across various departments and international partner organizations.
• Refine internal process modeling methodologies and provide coaching to other analysts.
• Facilitate the validation of as-is and to-be processes to ensure organizational support.
• Support business users during post-implementation and lead change management training sessions.

• 5+ years experience in process analysis, identifying business needs, and documenting as-is and to-be states.
• Advanced knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML methodologies.
• Practical experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect for process modeling.
• Master’s degree in a technical or economic field, or equivalent professional background.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge status quo and reach consensus among stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch, and French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Previous experience within the energy or electricity sector.
