Functional Analyst – Digital Assets & Blockchain

Our client, a prominent organization in the banking and insurance sector, is looking for a Functional Analyst to join their digital assets team. The role involves translating complex concepts such as tokenization and stablecoins into robust functionalities for a global digital platform.

• Manage the planning and conceptualization for preliminary analysis and design phases.
• Execute functional analysis of information systems and produce detailed functional designs following pre-studies.
• Oversee system enhancements and changes from the development stage through to production.
• Develop technical specifications and requirements for digital asset solutions such as tokenized deposits and funds.
• Evaluate service requests to determine technical feasibility, resource needs, and project time estimates.
• Support system upgrades and resolve issues within existing information systems.

• 5+ years of experience in functional design and analysis within the Banking or Insurance industry.
• Expertise in Blockchain technology, Tokenization, and Smart Contracts.
• Deep knowledge of Cryptocurrency, Stablecoins, Digital Wallets, and Programmable Money.
• Experience working with Agile Methodologies and Confluence.
• Understanding of IT Security and Software Development lifecycles.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to communicate clearly and structured.
• You are proactive and take initiative while working against deadlines.
• You are fluent in English.
