Demand Manager – CSV & IT Compliance Services

Our client, a leading organization, is looking for a Demand Manager to support their IT compliance operations. This role focuses on overseeing demand management activities and financial tracking within a managed services environment, driving process improvements as the project transitions from manual workflows toward automated reporting solutions.

• Validate demand data to ensure alignment between service execution and invoicing processes.
• Review billing inputs and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
• Manage comprehensive financial tracking and reporting through dashboards and advanced spreadsheets.
• Coordinate between vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline service delivery.
• Drive process improvements and support the implementation of automated tools.
• Ensure data quality and standardization across various teams to maintain reporting consistency.

• 1+ years experience in demand management, financial tracking, or service management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• General affinity for IT environments and managed services.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to operational execution.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Active knowledge of French.
