Project Lead – Business Transformation & Service Delivery

Our client, a leading organization in the business services sector, is seeking a Project Lead to drive strategic initiatives. This role focuses on planning and executing projects that enhance service delivery for independent entrepreneurs and their professional partners.

• Translate strategic goals into comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timing, budget, and stakeholder requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet predefined quality and efficiency standards.
• Establish and facilitate steering committees to maintain organizational alignment and drive informed decision-making.
• Anticipate and navigate change management challenges by fostering stakeholder engagement and mitigating resistance.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address potential risks or bottlenecks to keep objectives on track.
• Conduct detailed post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and optimize future organizational workflows.

• You have 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in designing and executing organizational changes.
• You bring strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable improvement plans.
• You possess excellent communication skills to build consensus and inspire various stakeholders.
• You're proactive and result-oriented, focusing on increasing the effectiveness of business objectives.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of French.
