SAP Treasury (TRM) Functional Analyst – S/4HANA Template Rollout

Our client, a global leader in the industrial sector, is executing an international SAP S/4HANA template rollout across its global network. This role focuses on implementing treasury and cash management solutions to ensure consistent financial risk management and liquidity visibility across multiple jurisdictions.

• Configure and deploy SAP TRM and Cash Management modules within the global S/4HANA template, including liquidity forecasting and bank account management.
• Design and optimize international bank communication using SWIFT, EBICS, and ISO 20022 formats.
• Maintain the Transaction Manager for money market, foreign exchange, and various financial instruments.
• Translate local treasury requirements into template-compatible solutions while maintaining global design integrity.
• Manage integration points between TRM, FI, and In-House Banking setups.
• Support treasury-related migration activities and cutover for active financial instruments during international waves.

• You have 3+ years of experience as an SAP Treasury (TRM) Functional Analyst.
• You bring expertise in financial market instruments such as money market, foreign exchange, and debt/investment.
• You possess a proven track record in international SAP rollout or template deployment programs.
• You have functional knowledge of bank connectivity including SWIFT, EBICS, and international payment standards.
• You're analytical and pragmatic, with the ability to solve complex problems across international borders.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills to translate business logic into system requirements.
• You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Engineering, or Information Management.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Hands-on experience with SAP TRM on S/4HANA.
• Exposure to SAP Bank Communication Management (BCM) and Multi-Bank Connectivity.
• Knowledge of SAP In-House Cash or payment factory architectures.
• Familiarity with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
• Knowledge of Dutch.
