Project Validation Coordinator

Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to manage validation activities within a major project. The role involves coordinating project teams and ensuring all validation deliverables align with quality standards and timelines.

• Coordinate the project team to ensure validation deliverables meet the project timeline.
• Develop and maintain the validation project plan and strategy for management and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and adjust strategies to mitigate potential impacts on timelines.
• Coach engineers on quality systems and validation practices to maintain high standards.
• Document quality system risk assessments and provide input for management reporting.
• Serve as a liaison between Engineering, Quality, and system owners to ensure project alignment.

• You possess experience in validation including IQ, OQ, PQ, and project planning.
• You have a strong background in project coordination and maintaining complex schedules.
• You bring knowledge of quality systems and risk assessment methodologies.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to coach others.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working in GMP or GxP environments.
• Previous experience as a sub-team lead within a project charter.
