Data Analyst – SQL & Power BI

Our client, a leading telecommunications provider, is looking for a data analyst to join a squad focused on customer and usage experience. The role involves identifying new customer insights through innovative methods, models, and impactful visualizations to drive meaningful improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with BI specialists and data scientists to tackle complex challenges using big data technologies.

• Identify new customer and usage experience insights using innovative analytical methods and models.
• Create impactful visualizations to communicate technical results effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BI specialists, data scientists, and big data experts to achieve measurable project results.
• Translate complex business needs into structured analytical requests and actionable insights.
• Transform raw data into business value by identifying and driving improvement initiatives.

• You have 2+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis.
• You possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics.
• You bring hands-on coding experience with SQL and Python.
• You have proficiency in creating Power BI visualizations.
• You possess experience with relational databases and big-data environments such as Azure, Cloudera, Hadoop, and Teradata.
• You bring skills in statistical analysis techniques including clustering, segmentation, Bayesian algorithms, and machine learning.
• You're a result-oriented team player capable of working independently towards high-quality results.
• You are fluent in English with active knowledge of Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with PySpark.
• Knowledge of DAX for advanced calculations.
• Familiarity with the creation and maintenance of data pipelines.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
