Validation Engineer

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Validation Engineer to support their technical operations. This role involves managing validation projects and coordinating change controls to ensure compliance and quality standards within a specialized production unit.

• Manage validation projects from kick-off to completion, including planning, status reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate the change control process by assessing validation impacts through a specialized electronic system and managing associated tasks.
• Execute commissioning and qualification activities, including writing and reviewing IQOQ protocols and reports for critical process parameters.
• Support technical teams in the creation of risk analyses and equivalence certificates.
• Design validation strategies through the redaction of PQ protocols and ensure overall validation readiness while liaising with quality control.

• You have a Master's degree in Biotechnology, Agronomy, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
• You bring 5+ years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical environment with a specific focus on Quality and Validation.
• You possess strong knowledge of GMP regulations and practical experience with Change Control processes.
• You have experience in Project Management and possess strong problem-solving skills.
• You're a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are fluent in French and English.
