TechnoFunctional Consultant MES

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Digitalization Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Siemens Opcenter Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for a critical digitalization project in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in deploying, and supporting these technologies within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.

• Define and document User Requirements (URS) for MES process packages.
• Translate complex biomanufacturing processes into clear functional requirements.
• Test electronic batch records directly within the MES environment.
• Execute Performance Qualification (PQ) for MES solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and validation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage assigned work packages independently to ensure project delivery.
• Support data integration requirements involving OSIsoft PI systems.

• You have professional experience working in regulated GxP environments.
• You bring expertise in MES systems and their application in manufacturing.
• You possess a solid understanding of the validation lifecycle, including URS, PQ, and basic IQ/OQ.
• You are a strong communicator capable of managing stakeholders and working independently.
• You are fluent in English with at least a passive understanding of French.

• Knowledge of OSIsoft PI for data integration.
• Previous experience as a TechnoFunctional Consultant or Business Analyst.
