Senior Supplier Contract Specialist – SIAM & Vendor Governance

Our client, a prominent organization in the public sector, is seeking a specialist to support the professionalization of supplier and contract management within a SIAM framework. The role focuses on translating service management needs into contractual agreements while ensuring a seamless connection between governance and operational service delivery.

• Monitor and follow up on contractual agreements with involved service providers.
• Ensure service management agreements are accurately translated into operational follow-ups.
• Support the implementation of standardized service management clauses in new or modified contracts.
• Identify contractual risks, gaps, or ambiguities that impact service delivery performance.
• Prepare and facilitate supplier reviews and performance follow-up sessions.
• Contribute to the development of uniform and professionally organized supplier governance.
• Support the alignment between service delivery, governance, and contractual obligations.

• You have 8+ years of experience in Supplier Management and Contract Follow-up.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in Stakeholder Management and Vendor Governance.
• You possess 5+ years of experience working with Service Management Clauses and standards.
• You have 3+ years of experience with SIAM methodologies and SLA/KPI Governance.
• You're experienced in Risico-identificatie within contract execution.
• You possess an affinity for Public Procurement or government contexts.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English with active knowledge of all three.
