Senior Service Delivery Manager – Infrastructure & Contract Management

Our client, a prominent player in the telecommunications sector, is seeking an expert to manage and document external factors impacting large-scale network rollouts. This role focuses on analyzing, validating, and substantiating delay claims within infrastructure projects to ensure contractual and legal compliance. The project involves building the bridge between internal teams, contractors, and government authorities to maintain project momentum.

• Prepare, analyze, and manage comprehensive dossiers regarding delays in network rollout projects.
• Validate documentation including meeting minutes, reports, and updates provided by internal teams and external partners.
• Interpret contractual obligations and legal frameworks specifically related to network and public utility works.
• Translate complex information from operational updates into structured and defensible delay dossiers.
• Collaborate with legal, operational, and financial stakeholders to strengthen the substantiation of project claims.
• Advise on the impact of regional regulations and permitting processes on overall project planning.
• Develop management reports and present findings during leadership and staff meetings.

• 8+ years of experience in stakeholder management, contract management, or service delivery.
• Proven expertise in analyzing and interpreting contracts, regulations, and legal documentation.
• Advanced experience in dossier construction, documentation management, and management reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to maintain accuracy within complex datasets.
• Professional background in translating legal and operational information into concrete actions.
• You are fluent in Dutch with professional knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience within telecom, fiber rollout, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Belgian or Flemish regulations regarding public utility works.
• Experience with governance, compliance, or permitting processes.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Qlik.
• Background in regulatory affairs, legal operations, or public affairs.
