Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical sector, is looking for an Expert Lab Systems Support Engineer to manage the operational stability and lifecycle of laboratory IT infrastructure. The role involves overseeing computerized systems within regulated environments to ensure performance, security, and full compliance with industry standards.
Responsabilités
- Manage the full lifecycle of computerized laboratory systems including architecture design, implementation, and decommissioning.
- Develop and maintain technical installation procedures and design specifications for lab-related IT systems.
- Provide second and third-line technical support for specialized laboratory applications and infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Support validation and qualification activities for GxP laboratory applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal procedures.
Exigences
- You have 8+ years of experience with Microsoft operating systems including Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2016.
- You bring expertise in IT infrastructure, including TCP/IP networking, Active Directory, and remote administration.
- You possess advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, VBScript, and DOS command line.
- You have 8+ years of experience working with GMP, GAMP5, and CFR 21 Part 11 regulatory standards.
- You're proficient in technical writing for GxP system specifications and installation documentation.
- You bring experience with data integrity principles and system validation methodologies.
- You're proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently within cross-functional teams.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Windows Server 2022 or 2025.
- Previous experience in a similar GMP laboratory support role.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
- Experience working in an international pharmaceutical environment.
