Expert Schedule Manager

Our client is a leading organization in the Belgian energy landscape dedicated to sustainable infrastructure and the energy transition. This role focuses on the schedule management of large-scale infrastructure programs, assisting program managers in ensuring project reliability and success.

• Define the schedule management approach and establish frameworks for managing levels, calendars, and progress measurement.
• Develop scheduling requirements for EPC contractors and consolidate various inputs into an Integrated Master Schedule.
• Integrate schedule management with scope, procurement, and interface management to ensure alignment across project knowledge areas.
• Set up and maintain project structures in MSP or Primavera P6 while challenging scheduling inputs and estimating durations.
• Perform change impact analysis by creating simulations and documenting approved changes in the program schedule.
• Communicate schedule risks to the Risk Manager and propose effective mitigation measures.

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within complex project environments.
• You bring expert knowledge of schedule management techniques and methodologies using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• You possess a solid understanding of project management methodologies such as PMI/PMBOK.
• You have experience with infrastructure projects encompassing engineering and construction.
• You're a proactive and solution-oriented communicator with strong interviewing skills for gathering project data.
• You are fluent in English.

• Experience with high voltage transmission infrastructure or offshore projects.
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
