Service Delivery Manager – IT Infrastructure & Market Integration

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the reliable and efficient delivery of IT infrastructure services. This role acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure services align with organizational goals and performance standards.

• Ensure the quality, availability, and performance of IT infrastructure services delivered to internal customers.
• Oversee the management and follow-up of service level agreements (SLAs) with external vendors and technical teams.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts to align infrastructure technologies with business priorities and industry best practices.
• Manage release processes to maintain stability and business continuity within the IT landscape.
• Act as a key liaison between infrastructure technologies, service providers, and business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of service delivery based on user satisfaction and operational metrics.

• You have 3+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager within an IT infrastructure environment.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in Release Management within complex technical landscapes.
• You possess experience with MIG4 and MIG6 energy market standards.
• You have proven expertise in the management and follow-up of SLAs.
• You bring experience with cross-team people coordination.
• You possess a higher degree (Bachelor or Master).
• You are fluent in English with fluency in French or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with ITIL frameworks.
• Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Start date: 01/06/2026.
• Duration: 12 months with potential for extension.
• Work regime: Full-time (100%).
• Location: Brussels.
