• You manage and optimize documentation processes within Qualipso (Veeva Vault - CMS).
• You implement global requirements locally, ensuring compliance with digital documentation standards.
• You guide users in the correct utilization of digital CMS modules within Qualipso.
• You act as a contact point for the local HUB Manufacturing & Supply regarding documentation management.
• You provide technical and functional support for documentation systems.
• You identify improvement opportunities in digital workflows and contribute to further digitization.
• You ensure the integrity and compliance of all digital documentation according to cGMP guidelines.

• You hold a relevant degree and may have experience in a regulated environment regarding cGMP guidelines.
• You bring familiarity with documentation processes and quality assurance.
• You have a strong affinity for document management and digital tools.
• You possess excellent accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills and are a proactive team player.
• You are proficient in both Dutch and English, both oral and written.
