HVAC Project Engineer

• Manage HVAC and clean utilities projects from concept through detailed engineering and execution.
• Coordinate the procurement, installation, and commissioning of air handling units and specialized piping.
• Develop engineering and validation documentation including P&IDs and functional specifications.
• Supervise on-site contractors to ensure work aligns with technical standards and safety protocols.
• Execute qualification and validation activities in strict compliance with GMP and ISO standards.
• Lead project planning and stakeholder coordination for various Capex initiatives.

• You possess a Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field.
• You bring 3+ years of experience in HVAC project management, specifically focusing on ventilation and air treatment systems.
• You have a proven track record in the full project lifecycle, including design, construction, and commissioning.
• You have knowledge of quality and risk management tools such as FMEA and GMP standards.
• You possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage Capex projects using MS Project.
• You are proactive, quality-focused, and communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Knowledge of F-gases legislation and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with control technology for air handling units.
