Project Leader – Data Initiatives

Our client is looking for a Project Leader to drive cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders around shared objectives. This role focuses on turning strategic ambitions into tangible results through effective governance and pragmatic coordination.

• Translate strategic objectives into concrete results by fostering collaboration and alignment among diverse teams.
• Structure and coordinate initiatives by managing priorities, capacity, timelines, and dependencies.
• Establish robust governance and monitoring mechanisms to anticipate risks and facilitate decision-making.
• Prepare and lead high-level meetings including SteerCo, Management Reviews, and Portfolio Reviews.
• Ensure the achievement of expected outcomes by providing a clear view of progress and following up on decisions.
• Create conditions for engagement and synergy across various organizational boundaries.

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects or cross-functional initiatives.
• Possess strong coordination and stakeholder management skills within complex environments.
• You bring the ability to turn abstract ideas into actionable plans and deliver tangible results.
• You're an effective communicator capable of creating natural synergies and working with diplomacy.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working specifically within a Data department or on data-driven projects.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.
