UX Designer – Intelligence & Digital Operations

Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking a professional to join their innovation and intelligence division. The role focuses on designing user-centric digital solutions that support strategic operations and data-driven workflows within a complex, socially relevant environment.

• Analyze user requirements and translate them into clear UX concepts and interactive flows.
• Design wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction models for internal platforms.
• Validate design solutions through structured user testing and iterative feedback cycles.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams including data specialists and operational stakeholders.
• Enhance existing systems and processes to ensure consistency and high usability across digital applications.

• You have 3+ years of experience in UX design.
• You bring 3+ years of experience with testing methodologies and design validation.
• You possess 2+ years of experience conducting user interviews.
• You have professional experience using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision.
• You bring expertise in responsive screen design for complex applications.
• You're experienced in working within Agile or Scrum environments.
• You possess working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• 3+ years of experience facilitating workshops.
• Experience with additional design and versioning tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Abstract.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Experience with content design and data-driven design analysis.
• Experience implementing designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
