QC Analyst (Analytical & Microbiology)

Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences sector, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their laboratory team. The role involves performing and evaluating complex analytical and microbiological tests within a strictly regulated quality control environment.

• Execute analytical and microbiological tests according to pharmacopoeia, standard operating procedures, and site standards.
• Conduct sampling and testing of water controls including clean steam and water for injection.
• Document analysis results in LIMS and manage the initiation of deviation reports, OOT, or OOS investigations.
• Review laboratory test results and escalate out-of-specification findings to management immediately.
• Maintain laboratory compliance by calibrating instruments and adhering to cGMP and cGLP guidelines.
• Oversee laboratory stock management, supplier documentation, and the disposal of expired materials.
• Support peer-to-peer training and ensure all laboratory documentation is updated to current standards.

• You possess a Bachelor or Master of Science.
• You bring 2+ years of experience in a quality control laboratory environment.
• You have technical knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, Raman, and spectrophotometry.
• You have experience working with pharmacopoeial requirements like Ph.Eur., USP, and JP.
• You possess proficiency in laboratory software systems including LIMS and Empower.
• You're accurate, structured, and able to work independently while remaining flexible within a team.
• You are fluent in English.
