Our client, a prominent player in the energy sector, is seeking a developer to support and evolve applications within their data management landscape. This role focuses on translating functional requirements into technical solutions while ensuring the stability of core market processes.
Responsabilités
- Convert functional analyses and user stories into technical designs and high-quality code.
- Develop and maintain Java-based software solutions for internal market-related applications.
- Perform system maintenance, bug fixing, and provide specialized user support for data management platforms.
- Manage and optimize middleware components within server environments.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively communicate technical risks or issues.
- Collaborate with analysts and designers to share insights and improve development workflows.
Exigences
- 5+ years backend development experience with Java EE.
- 5+ years experience working with the JBoss middleware stack, including EAP and Fuse.
- 5+ years experience in JBoss administration within RedHat Linux environments.
- 5+ years experience with frontend development using HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- 5+ years experience managing source code and builds with Git and Maven.
- Demonstrable knowledge of MIG6 energy market processes.
- Proactive and solution-oriented communication skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.
Nice to Haves
- 3+ years experience within the Belgian energy sector.
- Experience with Hibernate, Spring MVC, and JSP.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle or SQL.
- Familiarity with Unit Testing and Agile development methodologies.
