Our client, a large-scale organization, is looking for an experienced PMO Officer to support a major IT transformation programme focused on the implementation of a new back-office system. This role acts as a key driver in governance, communication, and reporting within a complex environment involving multiple cross-functional teams.
Responsabilités
- Manage and structure programme-related information for various stakeholder groups.
- Support the management team in monitoring progress and identifying key focus areas.
- Maintain and update programme and project plans in collaboration with various delivery teams.
- Act as the process owner for governance and reporting processes within the programme.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and decision-making documentation.
- Organize stakeholder sessions and steering committees including agendas and follow-up.
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Exigences
- You have 3+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Programme Management.
- You bring experience working on complex IT projects or transformation programmes.
- You possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- You're analytical and organizational with a structured way of working.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
- Knowledge of Microsoft BI or Power BI.
- Knowledge of French.
