Our client, a major organization focused on professional services and entrepreneurship support, is seeking a Senior Service Owner to bridge the gap between business, customers, and IT. This role involves defining service development strategies based on market needs and driving them from concept to realization to ensure high-quality delivery.
Responsabilités
- Translate market and customer needs into opportunities for new or improved service offerings.
- Develop comprehensive business cases to evaluate financial feasibility and strategic alignment.
- Define strategic priorities and investment focus areas for the service portfolio.
- Lead service initiatives from conceptual design through to concrete realization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor scope, budget, and timing while ensuring alignment between business and IT stakeholders.
- Create broad support for new initiatives by connecting diverse interests and managing complex stakeholder environments.
Exigences
- 8+ years of experience in service development, product development, or service design.
- Extensive experience managing the full lifecycle from market research and concept development to business case execution.
- Proven track record in environments requiring close business and IT alignment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, investment analysis, and cost-benefit evaluation.
- High level of IT affinity to effectively interface with technical product teams without requiring developer-level skills.
- Advanced stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities in complex organizational structures.
- Strategic and conceptual thinking skills combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to delivery.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience as a Senior Product Owner with heavy strategic responsibilities.
- Background in management consultancy focused on product or service innovation.
