Senior Program Test Lead – Quality Assurance & Risk-Based Testing

Our client, a leading organization in the gaming and lottery sector, is seeking an experienced professional to drive large-scale testing orchestration. This role focuses on translating quality strategies into integrated, risk-based frameworks to ensure the success of a major transformation project.

• Orchestrate and plan global program test activities across multiple internal workstreams and external vendors.
• Implement risk-based testing methodologies to prioritize activities and ensure comprehensive end-to-end coverage.
• Consolidate test results, defects, and quality metrics into integrated reporting for governance and decision-making.
• Manage operational defect triage sessions and ensure consistent classification of severity and impact across teams.
• Supervise the validation of data migrations, dry runs, and operational cut-over scenarios.
• Evaluate release readiness and provide factual Go/No-Go recommendations to the project board.

• 8+ years of experience as a Program Test Lead or Senior Test Lead in complex, multi-vendor transformation environments.
• Expertise in testing methodologies such as ISTQB and Risk-Based Testing.
• Extensive experience in End-to-End Testing, including system integration, data migrations, and cut-over preparation.
• Advanced proficiency with test management tools Jira and Xray.
• Strong experience in vendor management and challenging external service providers on quality evidence and results.
• You possess the ability to manage cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical authority.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with excellent negotiation and synthesis skills.
• You are native in Dutch or French with active knowledge of English.
