Compliance Support Specialist - Sterile Manufacturing & Deviations

• Investigate production events related to filling lines and visual inspection.
• Perform root cause analysis and define appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Draft clear and structured technical reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures, procedures, and quality forms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in production, quality assurance, and laboratories to resolve compliance issues.
• Support the preparation of content for internal and external audits.

• You have a university degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or an equivalent scientific field.
• You bring 3+ years of relevant experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• You possess expertise in quality assurance including deviation management, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
• You have a strong foundation in GMP knowledge and technical scientific writing.
• You're an analytical communicator capable of managing priorities and interacting with diverse departments.
• You are fluent in French with basic knowledge of English.

• Experience in injectables, fill & finish, or visual inspection.
• Previous experience within our client's organization or demanding QA environments.
• Experience in documentation or project support.
