Our client, a leading organization in the transport sector, is looking for a specialist to design and implement Microsoft 365-based collaboration solutions. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver functional designs and support the adoption of AI-enabled productivity tools.
Responsabilités
- Assess business needs and use cases for digital collaboration, including AI-enabled scenarios.
- Design functional Microsoft 365 solutions based on requirements, governance constraints, and security standards.
- Configure and customize SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, and Viva Engage.
- Drive the adoption and integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Agents within business scenarios.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to promote best practices and gather functional requirements.
- Produce solution documentation, workload estimates, and comprehensive hand-over materials for maintenance.
- Collaborate with security, governance, and administrative stakeholders to ensure compliant solution delivery.
Exigences
- You have 4+ years of professional experience with Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Viva Engage) including hands-on configuration and customization.
- You possess 3+ years of experience in project environments, including participation in sprint meetings and steering committees.
- You bring 2+ years of experience within the transport sector or organizations of comparable complexity (22,000+ employees).
- You have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and Copilot Agents in an enterprise context.
- You possess the ability to assess AI opportunities and translate them into compliant Microsoft 365 solutions.
- You bring professional experience in defining, implementing, or enforcing Microsoft 365 governance policies.
- You're experienced in organizing and delivering workshops aimed at increasing business awareness of platform best practices.
- You hold a university degree or equivalent through professional experience.
- You are proactive and possess strong communication skills for professional stakeholder management.
- You are fluent in Dutch (C1) with a good understanding of French (B1) and professional proficiency in English (C1).
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of Syntex, AI Builder, Enterprise Search, or RAG-based solutions.
- Maturity in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices for Microsoft 365.
- Operational awareness and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers.
