Site Engineer AC Substations (Zuid-Holland / Zeeland)

Our client, a prominent player in the maritime and offshore industry, is scaling up operations for final assembly and outfitting activities at their yard facilities. This role focuses on supporting the expansion of yard works to ensure efficient project execution and high-quality delivery.

• Coordinate and oversee daily yard activities related to final assembly and outfitting.
• Monitor project progress and resource allocation to support the upscaling of operations.
• Ensure all assembly and outfitting works comply with safety and quality standards.
• Liaise between technical teams and yard staff to facilitate smooth project transitions.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks during the assembly phase.
• Report on yard performance and resource requirements to project management.

• Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
• You have experience with final assembly and outfitting within a maritime, offshore, or heavy industrial environment.
• You possess strong coordination skills specifically for yard works and site production.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented in managing dynamic project timelines.
• You are fluent in English.
