Our client, a leading insurance provider, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their digital transformation team focusing on broker-facing solutions. The role involves defining high-quality end-to-end IT solutions to create an exceptional user experience for brokers and partners within the non-life insurance sector.

Responsabilités

  • Analyze and document business requirements for broker-front applications with a focus on non-life insurance.
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements based on architectural vision and industry standards.
  • Lead workshops with key stakeholders to collect, refine, and validate requirements.
  • Model business processes and describe needs using use cases and structured documentation for technical and design teams.
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer between business units, IT, and offshore development teams.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with design guidelines, scope, timeline, and budget.

Exigences

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis within the Insurance sector, specifically in Non-Life insurance.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, including ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • You bring a strong focus on User Experience (UX) and the ability to translate user needs into intuitive solutions.
  • You possess experience collaborating with external parties and offshore development teams.
  • You have a proactive, independent, and result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • You are a communicative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • You are fluent in Dutch with a very good knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in non-life mobility underwriting and claims.
  • Knowledge of analysis and modeling techniques such as BPMN and UML.
  • Familiarity with Use Cases for structured functional documentation.

  • Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week onsite)
