Digital Change & Adoption Coach – Digital Workplace

Our client, a leading organization in the biopharmaceutical sector, is looking for a Digital Change & Adoption Coach to drive the adoption of modern workplace tools. This role involves leading digital transformation initiatives within IT infrastructure and security to enhance employee experience and collaboration.

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and comprehensive impact analyses to guide change strategies.
• Design and execute end-to-end change management plans utilizing Prosci and ADKAR methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and webinars for diverse user groups, including senior management.
• Develop high-quality adoption materials such as user guides, FAQs, and video content.
• Collaborate with technical IT teams to ensure a user-centric approach to digital solutions.
• Monitor user adoption metrics and adapt change plans based on feedback and performance data.

• You have 3+ years of experience leading end-user adoption for digital workplace, collaboration, or end-user computing programmes changing the way people work day-to-day with their tools, not a back-office system.
• You have hands-on experience designing and executing change plans using Prosci and ADKAR methodologies in real-world rollouts.
• You have direct hands-on experience driving adoption of the Microsoft 365 stack (Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot specifically) with measurable adoption outcomes you can speak to.
• You have a proven track record in stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and resistance management across IT and business audiences.
• You bring strong autonomy and ownership, comfortable operating with limited supervision in a matrixed organisation, and confident challenging technical teams from a user-adoption perspective.
• You have excellent communication and facilitation skills, including running workshops, training sessions, and coaching conversations with senior management.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• You are fluent in English with working knowledge of French.

• Experience with video recording and basic video editing tools.
• Background in AI adoption projects, especially Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience working within international or matrix organizations.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to international office locations.

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months (plus potential extension)
• Work regime: Full-time or 4/5 FTE
• Location: Brussels
• Working model: Hybrid with occasional onsite presence for workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers
