Job Leveling Consultant

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a dedicated professional to support their compensation team with the execution of job leveling cases. The project involves owning the end-to-end evaluation process while contributing to the long-term optimization of the job architecture and framework.

• Analyze leveling requests to ensure all necessary documentation and organizational data are provided.
• Conduct intake meetings with line managers to clarify role context, scope, and specific responsibilities.
• Execute job leveling assessments using the Korn Ferry methodology to maintain internal equity.
• Communicate leveling outcomes and technical rationales to HR business partners and senior management.
• Document all cases accurately to ensure leveling records and historical data are kept up to date.
• Optimize the job leveling process by improving intake templates and approval workflows.
• Support the validation of job families and role descriptions within the broader job architecture project.

• You have 5+ years of experience in job evaluation and leveling with deep knowledge of the Korn Ferry methodology.
• You bring specialized expertise in the pharmaceutical sector, including an understanding of industry-specific roles and structures.
• You possess advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• You're experienced in stakeholder management, with the ability to explain complex leveling decisions to senior leaders.
• You possess a structured and reliable approach, capable of managing multiple cases independently within a matrix environment.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Certification in compensation such as CCP or experience with benchmarking tools like Mercer, Radford, or Willis Towers Watson.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors and exposure to organizational design initiatives.
• Knowledge of French or Dutch.
