UX Designer – Digital Assistant & AI

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a specialist to enhance their digital assistant's user experience. This role focuses on designing natural, intuitive conversation flows that align with business goals and technical capabilities to ensure digital interactions are human-centric and helpful.

• Design, write, and optimize conversation flows, including prompts, training phrases, and intents for a digital assistant.
• Translate complex business processes into simplified, understandable dialogue scenarios for end-users.
• Conduct user research and data analysis to test, validate, and improve conversational designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of analysts, developers, and AI experts to refine interaction models.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of user interactions.
• Maintain and evolve the brand's tone-of-voice guidelines across all conversational channels.

• 5+ years in UX Design with a focus on UX writing and conversational design.
• Experience with prototyping and design tools such as Figma and Miro.
• Knowledge of AI-driven products, NLU/NLP principles, and chatbot architectures.
• Background in user research, data analysis, and A/B testing methodologies.
• You possess an analytical and creative mindset combined with strong critical thinking and a customer-oriented focus.
• You are fluent in Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Good knowledge of English.
• Familiarity with financial services or insurance domains.
• Experience with specific conversational tooling.
• Willingness to obtain further expertise in conversational AI.
