Project Validation Coordinator

Our client, a leading life sciences organization, is seeking a Project Validation Coordinator to support the delivery of project milestones related to validation. This role involves coordinating project teams, managing validation strategies, and maintaining project schedules within a regulated environment.

• Compose and consolidate the overall validation project plan and clarify the strategy to stakeholders and management.
• Monitor predefined validation strategies continuously and provide overviews of status and potential impacts on project timelines.
• Coach project engineers on quality systems and validation practices to ensure the quality of all deliverables.
• Facilitate and document quality system risk assessment activities and evaluate mitigation plans.
• Maintain the general project schedule and milestones to provide progress updates and alert on activity conflicts.
• Act as a bridge between Engineering, Quality, and System Owners to ensure cross-departmental alignment.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• You possess 1+ years of experience in validation and quality systems within a regulated environment.
• You bring experience in project coordination and the maintenance of project schedules.
• You have knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and documentation.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to lead and coach others.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch.

• Experience with validation protocols such as IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Previous experience in a sub-team lead or coordination role.
